In Spring 2022, I took "Glitch Aesthetics" at Hope College. During the course I was able to explore a variety of glitch techniques, including coding, text editing, audacity, Photoshop, and more. Most of my work centered on glitching Open Access photographs of oil paintings of women. I explored the juxtaposition between the original medium and the digital glitch; at the same time I made a commentary on disrupting traditional views of women.
